Mr Gwala on 28/10/2008 Bizokwakhemarshal mayor Umshwathi-autonomous South Africa along with members of the delegation has visited and worked with senior leaders of South Vietnam Joint Stock Company (NAVIFICO).

This is his second Gwala thamva Bizokwakhemarshal to work alongside South Vietnamese Joint Stock Company. At the reception, leaders of the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a mechanism for cooperation between the parties in the field of economy and trade, and developing investment opportunities and establish relationships long-term cooperation based on equality and mutual benefit.
